This hearty meatless chopped salad is part of my hearty salads series. Seven hearty salads that will fill you up. All with unique dressings. The dressing paired with this salad is a tasty lemon herbed vinaigrette.
0 Chop two hearts of Romaine lettuce and half a head of cabbage into thin slices.
1 Place lettuce and cabbage in a large bowl. Top with chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes, chopped cilantro, mediterranean olives, mozarella balls, and chickpeas (garbanzo beans), omit if keto.
2 For the dressing: In a bowl or glass container with lid, add oil, water, Tahini, garlic, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Pour over salad bowl, and enjoy!
